fig#1 General life cycle of Scrum framework

The exact processes and the order may vary slightly, depending on what we need to achieve with your unique project. We have come up with a universal process, and we called it “Waterfall by Scrum.”

Waterfall by Scrum. The Process.

1. Define roles
  • Company - the person or organization paying for project execution.
  • The Story - any idea, feedback, bug, wishes.
  • Outsider - anyone with an idea or feedback, focus -  how to make product/solution better.
  • Stakeholder - any team member, product's consumer.
  • Product owner - team member, the primary function is to sort, edit stories, align with the Mission, Vision of the Company.
  • Scrum Master - he is making everything happen.
2. Build a wish list = Product Backlog = Stories list
  • Managed by the Product owner. Approach stakeholders, outsiders and publish the stories, in format - As a (role), I want (feature) so that (benefit).
  • Managed by the Product owner. Sort all stories by priority and align whole Product Backlog with business Mission and Vision.
3. Production.
  • Design
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Implementation
  • Inspect
  • Improve product and team
