- Outsider - anyone with an idea or feedback, focus - how to make product/solution better.
- Stakeholder - any team member, product's consumer.
- Product owner - team member, the primary function is to sort, edit stories, align with the Mission, Vision of the Company.
- Scrum Master - he is making everything happen.
- Managed by the Product owner. Approach stakeholders, outsiders and publish the stories, in format - As a (role), I want (feature) so that (benefit).
- Managed by the Product owner. Sort all stories by priority and align whole Product Backlog with business Mission and Vision.
