Sorting Records

Note: You can sort records of any section within the PaperFree application. In the example here, the Fleet Maintenance section is used as reference. The procedure to sort records remains the same for all records, wherever applicable, within the PaperFree application.

To sort records, follow the steps given below.

1. Navigate to the Fleet Maintenance option in the Side Bar.

The Fleet Maintenance page will be displayed.

2. Click the down arrow button shown in the column when you move the mouse over it. The sort options will be displayed. To sort in ascending order by the column, click the Sort Ascending option. To sort in descending order by the column, click the Sort Descending option.

The records will be sorted in ascending or descending order based on the selected order and column.
