Retrieving Your Password

If you forget the password to access your PaperFree application, you can request to send your CURRENT password to your email. To do so, follow the steps given below.

1. On the PaperFree login page, click the Forgot Username or Password button.

2. The Forgot Password page will be displayed. Enter the email you have used to create Paperfree account.

3. Click the Restore Password button. The message informing you about the password being emailed to you will be displayed.
4. You will receive an email from the PaperFree team with the details of your account along with the URL, Username and Password.

You can log in to the PaperFree application by using the login credentials.
