Editing a Record

Note: You can edit a record of any section within PaperFree application. In the example here, the Fleet Maintenance section is used as reference. The procedure to edit a record remains the same for all sections, wherever applicable, within the PaperFree application.

To edit a record, follow the steps given below.

1. Navigate to the Fleet Maintenance option in the Side Bar.

The Fleet Maintenance page will be displayed.

2. Click the id link in the row of the record that you wish to edit.

The details of the selected record will be displayed.

From here, you can make all the necessary changes in the fields and then click the Save button. For more information on the details of these fields, refer to the respective sections of adding records.
