Deleting a Record


Note: You can delete a record of any section within the PaperFree application.  In the example here, the Fleet Maintenance section is used as reference. The procedure to delete a record remains the same for all sections, wherever applicable, within the PaperFree application.

To delete a record, follow the steps given below.

1.  Navigate to the Fleet Maintenance option in the Side Bar.

The Fleet Maintenance page will be displayed.

2.  To delete a record, select that record by checking the box in the first column of that record.

3.  Then select the Remove Checked option from the More drop down list above the list of the records.

The message box asking you to confirm the deletion of the selected record will be displayed.

4.  Click the Yes button.

The selected record will be deleted.
