Setting Up a Call Script


To set up call script, follow the steps given below.

1.  Navigate to the Calls, Emails, & Text option in the Side Bar.

The Calls, Emails, & Text page will be displayed.

2.  Select the Calls Script Set Up option from the Settings () drop down list.

The Calls Script Set Up page will be displayed.

3.  The Client Name and Employee Name will be automatically populated.

4.  Review the starting part of the conversation, its main part and the end part in the respective sections.

5.  Click the Save button.
