Mnemonic: CF_FREE_CASH_FLOW

Cash flow from operating activities minus total capital expenditures.
Capital expenditures is the amount the company spent on purchases of tangible fixed assets. 

For all formats other than Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), calculated as:

Cash Flow From Operations - Capital Expenditures 

For REITs, calculated as:

Cash Flow From Operations - Capital Expenditures - Property Improvements 

Where:

Cash Flow From Operation is CF015, CF_CASH_FROM_OPER
Capital Expenditure is RR014, CAPITAL_EXPEND
Property Improvements is CF021, CF_PRPTY_IMPRV
