Why We Do What We Do:

The National Low Income Housing Coalition found that a renter working 40 hours a week and earning minimum wage can afford a two-bedroom apartment (i.e., not be cost-burdened) in exactly zero counties nationwide. In other words, it isn’t possible.

Our founder and CEO, Yury Pronin, a private real estate investor and tech guru thought differently. Yury has led Paperfree’s strategy, fundraising, and growth since launching the brand. He spent his first fifteen years remotely building a franchising product; scaling 1 to 15 locations in 20 months and saw an opportunity to solve this problem by leveraging tech. So, he set out to evaluate it, and bring focus to it. Soon, Kim Saltus, founder @ Kim, Inc. joined him. Kim spent 20 plus years in the corporate world beginning at IBM where her focused, service-led approach earned her many accolades. Through her grounded leadership approach, she helps people create success. They shared a vision to empower people to live life with clarity and predictability and to make real estate investing more profitable. Paperfree(™) was organized to do the work that matters; building a new social contract with people around technology that's helping to solve our current housing crisis.
